    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • -Preempt CS20 high level disinfectant was being used. The product was expired as of June 17 2020.-Test strips for the high level disinfectant were not present and ready to use.-Manufacturer's instructions for the ear and nose piercing equipment were not present. This is important for many reasons. One being the recommended equipment disinfection is unknown.
