    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • The disinfection procedure and disinfection chemical (Preempt CS-20) were suitable.However, the disinfectant had expired very recently.The operator will get a new chemical disinfectant right away.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • 1) The floor underneath the work area was carpet.Note: This was very clean during the inspection.The flooring needs to be an easily cleanable surface. Discussed a few options with the operators.2) The primary washroom for clients had only a cloth towel with no single use method for hand drying.Please switch to paper towels.
