     • The high-level disinfectant used for disinfecting the tools and utensils were inadequate, and were not intended to be used to disinfect semi-critical tools. Owner indicated that they will switch to PreEMPT CS20 as their main disinfectant and provide the inspector with proof once they have procured it. Ensure that semi-critical instruments are disinfected after each client with a high-level disinfectant.
