- Sterility assurance documentation was not maintained with client records for pre-sterile equipment used in derma planning, microneedling brows, Plexr services.Discussed onsite with the staff the procedures to maintain sterility documentation for all presterile equipment used in the faciltiy.

- No high-level disinfectant (HLD) was available to disinfect the semi-critical tools in the facility. PreEmpt concentrate, an intermediate level disinfectant (ILD) was being used for disinfection of semi-critical tools.Obtain HLD to disinfect the semi-critical tools.Obtain HLD specific test strips to test the HLD daily and maintain daily testing record in the facility.

- Manuals for all laser equipment were not available onsite.Ensure the manuals for all energy emitting devices are available onsite and used for their maintenance.

- 1- Left over dermal filler syringes were not being discarded after providing the service in accordance with manufacturer's instructions for use (MIFU). The left-over syringes were discarded during inspection onsite.Ensure the left-over Botox and dermal fillers and other products are discarded as required by MIFU.2-The cosmetic products were not labelled with their beyond use dates according to manufacturer's instructions for use (MIFU)Ensure the procedures are in place to track the expiry dates of the products.
