      • There were no hydrogen peroxide test strips available on-site for measuring the concentration of the high-level disinfectant. The solution (Preempt) is stored for an extended period of time (within manufacturer's instructions), so requires verification of its concentration using test strips. Test strips can be ordered through your supplier and must be used daily. Verification needs to be recorded on a log and stored on-site.Facility is equipped with quats sanitizer test strips (food grade sanitizer). Please ensure to obtain correct test strips.
