    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • The operator brought two spray bottles of Cavicide, both not in their original container. One bottle was a clear spray bottle. The new did not have any product information including the expiration date., only being labelled as 'Cavicide'.Another spray bottle was in a while container with a Cavicide label. However, this label was for a 1 Gallon container which this spray bottle appeared to be only 500 mL.Inspector instructed the operator to not use these bottles and instead use the Cavicide wipes provided by the show.
    • 21. Is equipment that is intended to be sterile maintained sterile at the point of use?
      • Single use disposable tattoo grips were past their expiration date.Operator stated he would buy more grips at the tattoo show. Operator also had non-expired cartridges for a cordless tattooing gun which could be used.
