      • Nail drill bits must be clean and sanitized after each client. All equipment must be fully submerged in CS20. Please obtain a container that your largest tool can fit and be fully submerged.

High-level disinfectant, preempt CS20, was expired since April 2024.-Do not use expired product, please procure and use an effective high-level disinfectant to ensure proper cleaning and disinfection of equipment and tools.2. High-level disinfectant was used for more than one day without its concentration being tested with appropriate test strips and test results documented.-Please procure suitable test strip to monitor the concentration of high-level disinfectant and document the test results as required.3. Dirty lash scissor and tweezers were observed onsite during the inspection.-Please clean and disinfect lash scissors and tweezers with low-level disinfectant such as Mr. Clean or Lysol after each use.
