      • 1.Discussed 14-day reuse capabilities of PreEmpt CS20 and the requirement to purchase proper AHP7 indicator strips and maintain HLD logs.Facility did not have high level disinfectant CS20 test strips. Obtain appropriate test strips.2. No high-level disinfectant log sheet/record was available in the facility for review. AHS template will be provided with this report.
