- Temperature of sandwich cooler was 12.5 Deg C. Internal temperature of sandwich was 12.1 Deg C. 3 boxes full of sandwiches and jerkies/pepperoni sticks requiring refrigeration was discarded. Ensure temperature of cooler is 4 Deg C or colder. Do not used the cooler to store high risk food items until it is repaired and is at 4 Deg C.

- Facility does not have a commercial 2 or 3 compartment sink for dishwashing purposes. Dishwashing sinks are required as facility has a slushie machine and hot chocolate/cappuccino machine.Ensure 2 or 3 compartment commerical sinks are installed to continue using the slushie machine and hot chocolate/cappuccino machine. Slushie machine and hot chocolate/cappuccino machine must be turned off until sinks are installed. Remove them if dishwashing sinks will not be installed.

- There was hot and cold running water, and paper towels available at the one compartment sink in the beverage preparation area.Please install or place a soap dispenser at this sink so that hands can be washed before preparing beverages.

- Facility is not connected to the municipal water service line. Water source is well water. An acceptable bacteriological water sample taken from the facility is required.
