     • The low-risk home prepared food was sold at a permitted food establishment.Low-risk home prepared foods can be sold directly from the operator's home, at special events or farmers' markets.
   • 11. LRHPF - Are low-risk home-prepared foods from this facility properly labelled with required information?
     • The label contained nutrition facts, a phone number and the weight and name of the product.Home-prepared foods must be labelled with: - A statement similar to ‘prepared in a home kitchen that is not subject to inspection’.- A statement similar to ‘not for resale’.- Your name, your business name, your email and/or phone number.- The name of the food and the date it was made or prepared.
