      • The water sample collected on Sept 9, 2025 had these results: - Total Coliforms - PRESENT - HPC 60 CFU/mLThis is an unsatisfactory result.Operator will need to shock chlorinate the pool, back wash the filter, re-balance the pool water chemistry and then the pool can be re-opened for public use.Please re-sample on Tuesday to confirm the inactivation of the bacteria.

      • Water sample from the pool, collected on August 8, 2023 had the following result: - Total Coliforms - ABSENT - HPC 2230 CFU/mLThis is an unsatisfactory result. This is also the 2nd consecutive unsatisfactory result.Corrective action - shock chlorinate overnight, back wash filter in the morning, and rebalance water chemistry prior to re-opening to the public.Resample on Aug 15th.Note - operator reports that he has been keeping the pH at 7.5, which is ok, but if the operator could lower the pH to 7.1 to 7.2 - it would make the chlorine more effective while still being in the bather comfort zone.
