      • The service provider, and facility manager demonstrated and accurately described a satisfactory procedure in case an accidental injury would occur. However, a facility-specific written procedure is required for the services that are offered at the facility. Ensure that this procedure is created and sent to the inspector for approval.
    • 04. Are business-specific written procedures established to adequately describe safe and sanitary practices in a mobile business?
      • The service provider, and facility manager demonstrated and accurately described a satisfactory procedure for cleaning and disinfection in the facility. However, a written procedure is required for the services that are offered at the facility. Ensure that this procedure is created and sent to the inspector for approval.
    • 08. Is hand hygiene performed by the personal services worker when required, in a proper manner and are provisions available to perform hand hygiene?
      • Appropriate soap and paper towel dispensers were not available by the handwash station at the beginning of inspection. Soap and paper towel dispensers were added later on, and meet hygiene requirements.
