    • 14. Is the pool maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • There was a broken tile on the floor near the right side of the last diving stand on the right. The edges of this tile were sharp. There were two broken gutter covers. One had half of the grate broken, leaving a sharp edge, the other had all the grates broken, leaving the opening to the gutter pipe exposed. Please replace the gutter covers and repair the broken tile.

    • 04. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Critical)?
      • The free available chlorine value was measured to be 0.32 ppm. Please ensure that while the pool is open to the public that the chlorine value is maintained at a level of at least 1.0 ppm.
    • 05. Is the chemical quality of the water in this pool satisfactory (Non-Critical)?
      • The alkalinity was measured to be 31 ppm. Please ensure the alkalinity is maintained between 60-180 ppm at all times.
    • 07. Are the filtration, circulation and disinfection systems used to maintain water quality working properly (Non-Critical)?
      • The automated controller was in a failsafe alarm at the time of the inspection. It was not maintaining the appropriate level of chlorine in the pool. Please address the issue with the automated controller.
