      • Reusing the high-level disinfectant (CS20) for more than 1 day. The CS20 pour showed pass test during the inspection. *High level disinfectant logs were not maintained. Template will be sent along with the report. Please maintain the HLD logs.

      • Most of the cosmetic bottles in the pedicure and nail stations were not labelled. Please label all the bottles.

      • Waxing bed and floor had sticky wax marks, not maintained in cleaned condition. Please clean the bed.

    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • The soaking container with a disinfectant was too small for immersing foot paddles. Handles were sticking out. - Obtain a larger container so foot paddles could be completely immersed in the disinfectant.Tools were soaking in the disinfectant only for 15 minutes instead of 20 minutes as per manufacture instructions.- Disinfectant all semi-critical tools by immersing in the high level disinfectant for 20 minutes.

      • Wax was present on a treatment bed in the waxing room. - Remove the fabric sheet and provide a washable surface on the bed that could be cleaned and disinfect.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • Faucet at a reprocessing sink was loose and moisture was present in a cupboard under the sink. - Repair the faucet connection and clean the cupboards
