- * Non-critical equipment is not being adequately cleaned and disinfected:-Used tweezers/scissors for waxing were left on the counter. Ensure waxing tools are cleaned and disinfected after each use.-Barbicide was cloudy and had hair; ensure manufacturer’s instructions are followed. Barbicide needs to be replaced daily. All tools disinfected in Barbicide need to first be cleaned with soap and water.**Ensure non-critical equipment is cleaned and disinfected using, at a minimum, a low-level disinfectant.

- - The personal services facility is not maintained in a visibly clean state. Hard to reach areas (ex. Behind hair sinks, floor corners) had a build up of hair and debris. Ensure additional cleaning is done.
