- There are no written procedures onsite in accordance with the new regulations, as of July 1, 2020.Written procedures, in addition to the template that will be provided, must also include a detailed step by step procedure on how equipment shall be cleaned and disinfected. Owner is encouraged to post these instructions (in alternate languages if needed) to ensure workers are adhering to cleaning and disinfection requirements.

- Alcohol was being used to disinfect the waxing bed and other surfaces in the facility. A low level disinfectant is required to properly disinfect surfaces and beds. Obtain a proper disinfectant for this.
