- There is peeling paint on the ceiling and the walls in the pool area due to a roof leak. The windows that separate the pool from the common hallway are cracked. The pool deck is not getting cleaned and sanitized daily. The scum lines are becoming visible in the pool basin. The metal frames on the windows is rusting and staining the walls. There are some missing and cracked tiles in the pool basin.Facility will be closing in the winter for routine maintenance and work will be completed then. Please ensure all work is completed by April 1, 2024. If work is completed before then, let me know and I will do a reinspection sooner.

The operator will confirm interconnectedness of sumps and pumps. Drawings available were proposed plans and likely do not represent what is in place. Operator is aware that if the jet pump is pulling from single main drain in basin - that a secondary anti-entrapment device will be required. Prior to purchase and install, the operator will provide the health inspector with the type, make and model of the secondary anti-entrapment device. Pumps:Champion 56 frame (recirc) and B&D BDXBTVAR300. Max flow of each pump separately to be determined. Picture of flow meter provided. Variable speed B&D pump, must be turned to its highest speed and flow measured.
