- 10. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool (Non-Critical)?
- The general safety devices and physical conditions appear to provide a safe environment. However, soap needs to be provided at the handwashing sink in the washroom. Some of the recycled rubber flooring is also lifting and should be repaired to prevent a potential trip hazard and further deterioration. Two picnic tables are located around the spray park. One table was observed to have an umbrella available for shade, while the other did not. Given the potential for high temperatures and prolonged sun exposure, I recommend providing shade, such as an umbrella, at both picnic tables to improve sun protection for patrons.
