      • Sterility assurance documentation was not available for the sterile cartridges used for microneedling. Sterility assurance documentation must be available and documented for each sterile equipment. Maintain these records for at least two years. The operator created a line on the microneedling intake form to include the expiration date and lot number of the cartridges.
