      • The pool permit is not displayed in a place that is easily visible to the public. Ensure the pool permit is displayed in a place that is easily visible to the public. Update: June 3, 2026Operator has misplaced/lost the pool permit. A replacement pool permit will be issued.

      • 1. The following areas require some minor cleaning:-lockers: 86, 107, 110, 136, 151, 160, 172.-The floor in pool shed. 1. Please clean indicated areas, and ensure all lockers and floors are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition. 2. The following lockers are in disrepair: 20, 91. 2. Please repair the lockers and ensure all lockers are maintained in good repair.

      • In the men's washroom:A soap dispenser and soap are missing from a shower stall. The stall is located three stalls away from the accessibility shower. Please install and fill the soap dispenser and ensure dispensers filled with soap are available in all shower stalls for bathing before and after pool use. Staff installed the soap dispenser and filled the dispenser with soap during the inspection.
