      • Operator did not have a high-level disinfectant available to disinfect semi-critical tools for manicures and pedicures.Since the operator seldomly offers the aforementioned services, this matter was given one week to get corrected.REQUIREMENT: Semi-critical tools must be disinfected with a high-level disinfectant. Obtain this disinfectant and use it on the tools (once obtained) to ensure they're properly disinfected.
