    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • As discussed, observed that there is no openable window to the staff/public washroom and there is also no mechanical ventilation (e.g. - exhaust fan).Subsequently, please install an exhaust fan in the washroom to effectively remove any air borne contaminants (particularly generated from flushing of toilet).Finally, regarding disposal of needles and other sharps, container is provided and is taken to Beaverhill Pharmacy for final disposal - in compliance.
