      • Written procedures for skin preparation, post-service care, and client care are not available for review. Please ensure the written procedures for the above are available.
    • 13. Is single-use or uncleanable equipment being used as intended (Critical)?
      • Used toe separators were found in a laundry bag by the washing machine and found toe separators with nail polish in the pedicure drawers. Previous Inspection.Toe separators were being re-used. Toe separators covered with nail polish were found in the pedicure drawers.DO NOT REUSED SINGLE USE ITEMS. Discard single use items after each use.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • PREempt CS20 in the disinfectant container failed the test strips. PREempt CS20 was used for more than one day. No test strips available.Discard the PREempt CS20 at the end of the day or Provide tests strips to test the disinfectant daily to confirm its minimum effective concentration.

      • PREempt CS20 in the disinfectant container failed the test strips.Previous Inspection:A large bottle of PREempt HLD5 disinfectant was expired since June 2025. Operator discarded the HLD5 during inspection. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on chemical use. Discard all expired chemicals.A large botte of PREempt CS20 with expiry date of June 12, 2026, onsite pedicure and manicure tools.Provide PREempt RTU to disinfect the foot tubs.Use lysol disinfectant wipes for surfaces such waxing table, pedicure chairs and manicure tables etc.....

      • 1) Used Single use foot scrubs and nail files were found drying on the tool drying rack. 2) Toe separators were being re-used. Toe separators covered with nail polish were found in the pedicure drawers.3) Used sterilization bags were found on the counter by the pedicure and manicure tools.DO NOT REUSED SINGLE USE ITEMS. Discard single use items after each use.

      • 1) A large bottle of PREempt HLD5 disinfectant was expired since June 2025. Operator discarded the HLD5 during inspection. 2) A small bottle of PREempt RTU was expired since 2022. 3) Two bottles of small Quat sanitizer bottles without Drug Identification Number (DIN) were used on the foot tubs.4) A bottle of disinfectant was expired since 2022 was found next to the sink. Follow the manufacturer's instructions on chemical use. Discard all expired chemicals.A large botte of PREempt CS20 with expiry date of June 12, 2026, onsite pedicure and manicure tools.Provide PREempt RTU to disinfect the foot tubs.Use lysol disinfectant wipes for surfaces such waxing table, pedicure chairs and manicure tables etc.....
