      • 2/26. There were no paper towels in the client washrooms. Ensure the washroom is stocked with soap and paper towels. The paper towel dispenser was refilled at the time of the inspection.

      • 2/26. The reprocessing sink is also being used as a handwashing sink. Ensure that the reprocessing sink is used for reprocessing only.
