     • New service provider (nails) not using approved high-level disinfectant for esthetics tool immersion/disinfection. Operator to use Preempt CS20 utilized by other service providers already on site, full immersion required in approved container with lid after cleaning, according to manufacturer's instructions.Test strips not on-site for high level disinfectant testing. Test strips to be obtained asap, regular testing to be conducted and recorded in log. Please advise this office when strips have been obtained.
