The facility also did not have any general sanitation plan, water quality incident response plan, and safety and supervision plan.Please ensure to send all these documents to the PHI once completed.Additionally, once the main drain covers are replaced, please send anti-entrapment plan to the PHI.

      • The main drain cover for the pools were installed in 2017 May 9 and they expired in 2024 May 19. According to the operator, they have not changed the pool main drain cover when it was expired. Please ensure to replace your main drain cover and inform the PHI once done.

Mould was observed on the top deck of the slide.COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING: - Conduct the necessary cleaning, maintenance to prevent water pooling on the slide stairway. Thorough clean with bleach water the mould observed on the slide deck to ensure it is safe for the patrons use.
