      • 1. QAC test strips are used to test CS-20 high-level dis-infectant (HLD).2. Re-usable googles are only cleaned using soap and water.3. Records of HLD testing are not updated.1. Ensure AHP-7 test strips are obtained to test CS-20 - HLD.2. Ensure re-usable googles are washed, cleaned and also disinfected using a HLD after each use.3. Ensure HLD is test using AHP-7 test strips and logs are updated daily.Ensure manufacturing instructions are followed for contact time, reuse period, mixing - diluting, rinsing off, storage and for all instructions for use of all chemicals.
