TCA is a prohibited ingredient on Canada's Cosmetic Ingredient Hotlist.REQUIREMENT: Do not use or offer any cosmetic products which contain an ingredient which is prohibited by Health Canada. Remove the advertisement of TCA peels from the website.

- The facility has expired high-level disinfectant and was re-using the disinfectant over several days without testing the poured solution.REQUIREMENT: If high-level disinfectant is re-used, it cannot be expired and must be tested daily (i.e. verified for potency) by using an appropriate testing strip. A log must be developed that retains the result of the test strip.
