     • The skin preparation procedure explained by the operator does not meet the required hygiene and safety standards for tattooing. Proper protocol requires the skin to be thoroughly cleansed with green soap first, as this step physically removes surface debris and contaminants. An antiseptic must then be applied afterward to inactivate, reduce, and prevent the growth of microbes on the skin.**Please adjust your process going forward.
