      • Client records must also include proper information for any laser treatments such as area of body services, frequency of laser, number of passes, and lot numbers of needles and expiry.Records must be available to PHI for at least 2 years.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • Please obtain the appropriate test strips for the high-level disinfectant and record testing. PHI will send template.Immersion of tools must be fully submerged in HLD

Previous ViolationRejuran serums that contains PDRN, is used for microneedling and does not have a DIN or NPN # from Health Canada. Reglory Exo Plus contains exosomes and it's used for microneedling. The product does not have a DIN and NPN# from Health Canada. - Do not use these products as they have not been approved by Health Canada.
