      • In the exfoliation cabin there are chipped tiles on top and edge of bench under some of the shower heads, some chipped edges could cause an abrasion. To be repaired.

      • The concrete deck blocks around the reflection pool are chipped in some areas and in one area are being covered by a rubber matt as a few blocks are higher out of the ground so could be a tripping hazard. To be repaired.

      • Anti-entrapment plans could not be located for the hot pool, gathering pool, elements pool or reflection pool. Please ensure these plans are done and provide a copy.
