Please ensure written procedure for client care in case of accidental cut and puncture are developed.Previous inspection-There were no written procedures available on-site. Please ensure written procedures are available and all staff members have read them and know where they are located. In addition to the required written procedures (ie. skin cleansing and first aid procedures) it is strongly recommended that procedures are developed for cleaning and disinfection of tools.
