- Some artists were using a skin cleanser that was not labelled as an antiseptic and did not have an NPN. Ensure all all artists are using antiseptic with NPN prior for skin prep prior to tatooing.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- 4L bottle of cavicide liquid was expired. Staff stated they are not using this disinfectant and are using intermediate level disinfectant wipes instead. Discard all expired disinfectant on-site.
