The operator stated that she soaks the tools in the CS20 for 10 minutes, but the instructions say soak for 20 minutes.ACTION REQUIRED:1) Purchase a new CS20 solution.2) CS20 can be used for up to 14 days. The Lysol you currently have in the facility has a contact time of 10 minutes, which is unrealistic to achieve during busy hours.
