The operator stated that she soaks the tools in the CS20 for 10 minutes, but the instructions say soak for 20 minutes.ACTION REQUIRED:1) Purchase a new CS20 solution.2) CS20 can be used for up to 14 days. Use the template provided to keep track of daily concentration of the CS20 when in use.3) Ensure that you rinse off the CS20 from the tools after disinfection.

There was a Lysol spray disinfectant on site with a 10-minute contact time, which the operator could use.- The general sanitation in the facility was satisfactory.ACTION REQUIRED:1) Purchase a low-level disinfectant like Lysol with a maximum contact time of 3 minutes. The Lysol you currently have in the facility has a contact time of 10 minutes, which is unrealistic to achieve during busy hours.
