Super-chlorinated the pool, rebalance pool chemistry and submit another sample next Tuesday.As it is an outdoor pool, birds dropping could be in the pool. Facility does not use stabilized chlorine/ Cyanuric acid (chlorine stabilizer) as Chlorine depletes under the sun.Ensure staff is monitoring free chlorine residual more often (e.g. every 2 hour) and keep free chlorine residual at least 3 PPM.
