    • 09. Is the pool premises maintained in a clean and sanitary condition, good repair and are temperatures being properly regulated?
      • UPDATE October 22, 2023: No change. There was a large water stain with mould growth on the ceiling between the hot tub and the pool. Please address the source of the water infiltration and remove/repair mouldy, water damaged materialsNEW October 22, 2025: There was condensation on the windows on the pool deck. The lower walls on the pool deck and between the change rooms and the pool deck were soft and high moisture readings were taken with a moisture meter. Please address the source of the water infiltration and remove/repair mouldy, water damaged materialsThe ventilation covers in the pool deck and women's change rooms (shower area and general locker area) were covered in dust and grime. Two members in the women's change room reported the dust and grime on the ventilation covers to the PHI onsite. Clean.

      • There was a large water stain with mould growth on the ceiling between the hot tub and the pool. Please address the source of the water infiltration and remove/repair mouldy, water damaged materials

    • 06. Has an owner or owner's agent, if any, been identified and is the pool operated and maintained by a qualified pool operator?
      • The area manager was currently on leave. The Manager/pool operator onsite was unsure of the required range of free chlorine or pH in a whirlpool or swimming pool. Further training or oversight is required.
    • 07. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool premises providing a safe environment (Critical)?
      • The float ring or "donut" in the pool has very limited rope and could only be thrown ~1 foot in the event of an emergency. Replace the rope and ensure it is long enough to reach the middle of the pool.

When questioned, staff indicate they put the results in a group chat and wait for a response. Staff must be closing the pool and indicating so on the logs until the water chemistry is rebalanced.

      • Sep 20, Tiles were missing from the window side. Repair required.Water damage, mould growth and peeling paint was observed on the west wall (window side). First, identify and take corrective action on the source of the water/moisture issue. Water damaged materials must be removed and replaced by a professional.
