- 1. The wax machine was observed to be covered in wax.Please clean the wax machine.2. Please follow manufactures instructions when cleaning the facial steam machines. Vinegar is not an approved solution to disinfect internal components of the machine. Please use an approve disinfectant. Please also ensure not to leave standing water in the machine to prevent growth of microbial pathogens.
