- Record the lot number and expiry dates of all pre-sterilized items used on the client with their client records.
- 26. Are cosmetic products appropriate for their intended use and being handled properly?
- Botox was being stored in a cooler at 10C and the manufacturer's instructions for use indicated it must be stored at 5-8C. No thermometer was available in the cooler for measuring the temperature. The cooler was turned down during the inspection. Obtain a thermometer and ensure the cooler temperature is maintained between 5-8C.

- Alcohol was being used as a disinfectant to reprocess microdermabrasion diamond tips. Alcohol is not recognized as a disinfectant. Operator indicated she will switch to soaking the diamond tips in the intermediate level Cavicide disinfectant solution going forward
