This indicates that the logs might not be accurate-test strips for testing the CS20 were not present-reprocessing and laundry are being done in the laundry room. Reprocessing should be protected from other activities. It was discussed that the sink in the client area could be used. If this is done, please ensure clients and their children to not access (enter or touch) the reprocessing area
