- 09. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this pool (Critical)?
- The gravity drain in the bottom of the tub was not capped/plugged. This allows stagnant water to sit in the drain line below. As well the drain itself poses an entrapment risk to fingers/toes.
- 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
- Cold plunge safety signage as well as sauna temperature signage has been created but has not been posted. Please post these items in a location that is visible and easily readable by the user
