   • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
     • The sanitizer was noted at 10 ppm. Please ensure the sanitizer is maintained at 200 ppm. The operator replaced the sanitizer, and it was noted at 200 ppm during the inspection.
   • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
     • The chest freezer temperature is noted at 5 degrees Celsius due to a power issue. Please ensure the freezer is maintained below freezing.After the operator resolved the freezer power issue, the temperature was measured at 1.9 degrees Celsius. As the temperature of the freezer is dropping, please do the following: -Monitor the freezer carefully. -Use the food stored in the chest freezer first. If the temperature becomes warm again, stop using the freezer, move the remaining food products into another fridge or freezer and have the freezer repaired.
   • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
     • Self-serve customer utensils were not stored end-up.ENSURE:Utensils are stored end-up to prevent customer contamination.This deficiency was not observed during the July 13,2023 inspection.
