- 1) Hair strands were found on the hairbrushes inside a cupboard.Clean and disinfect hairbrushes before putting them away. 2) Combs were half submerged in the barbicide.Combs need to be completely submerged in the barbicide.

- Dust/powder build-up on cupboard shelves. Clean the shelves.
- 33. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this personal services facility (Non-Critical)?
- Porcelain cups and glasses were used to serve coffee, tea and water to client. No dishwasher or 3 compartment sink to wash, rinse and sanitize the cups and glasses. Use single use disposable cups.
