     • The manufacturer's instructions for use on the Velvet by Init lash tint indicate to perform a sensitivity test on new clients. This was not being done unless a client asked. Ensure all new clients are notified that a sensitivity test must be done prior to starting the service. The owner indicated this will be requested 24 hours prior to the service and included in the pre-treatment information when the client makes a booking
