- The handwash sink in the bathroom was not equipped with soap or paper towel. Operator indicated they will get these today.
- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- The facility currently has Barbicide as their disinfectant for nail equipment. Nail equipment (ie. nippers, clippers, cuticle pushers) are classified as semi critical devices and will require a high level disinfectant (Barbicide is a low level disinfectant). Please obtain a disinfectant that states "High Level Disinfectant" and has a DIN. Examples were left with the operator.
