      • No written procedures for a dual-purpose sink. A sink that is used for both hand washing and reprocessing/disinfecting tools must have written procedures that indicate how the sink is disinfected in between use. Complete a written procedure on how the sink is disinfected. An AHS template was sent to the operator.

      • No personal service notification submitted. As of 2020 the Personal Services Regulation requires operators and existing businesses to notify Environmental Public Health of the services they offer.The operator completed and sent a Personal service notification at the time of the inspection.

      • Henna products were expired in 2022. Cosmetic products should not be used when expired as the product cannot be guaranteed safe to use past the expiration date. Ensure the henna products are regularly checked for expiration dates and discard those that are expired.

      • The outside of the wax warmer is heavily soiled with wax debris. All work surfaces including equipment must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. Please clean.
