      • Facility does not have written procedures for client skin care, post service care and skin preparation as required. An AHS template will be provided via email. Ensure to use this template to create the written procedures.
    • 10. Is cleansing and antisepsis of skin and mucous membrane performed in accordance to written procedures and are suitable products being used?
      • Antiseptic product used does not have a DIN and does not contain 70% alcohol. Ensure antiseptic used has at least 70% alcohol and DIN or NPN which shows its approved for use in Canada.
