      • Contaminated/used equipment is not being stored separately from uncleanable/unused equipment.Better separation of equipment is required.

      • High-level disinfectant is not being tested properly. Ensure that test strips manufacturer instructions are followed.

      • Single use nail files that had been used were stored in drawers.Nails files are to be used once and discarded.
    • 15. Is reusable equipment handled and stored properly (Critical)?
      • Used contaminated equipment were being stored with other clean equipment. Used equipment included:- Nail Clippers, Nippers, Single use files. Clean equipment included:- Brushes, Single use sandpaper, and single use files. Contaminated equipment is to be stored only with other contaminated and all customers and other items are protected from contamination.

      • One container of CS20 had expired and other container was expiring in 1 day. Remove expired CS20 and obtain CS20 within its expiration.One container of test strips were expired. The other had not expired. Remove expired test strips.

      • The waxing/services bed is beginning to tear and will require replacement/repair in the near future.
