      • The handwashing sink in the service area did not have paper towel to properly dry hands or a suitable holder.REQUIREMENT: Obtain and install a paper towel holder to ensure the bulk paper towel remains sanitary.
    • 16. Is reusable equipment handled and stored properly (Non-Critical)?
      • A couch was located directly infront of the laundry washer and dryer, creating concerns on how clean and dirty linens will keep separated.REQUIREMENT: Remove the couch and provide a table or other surface which can help with separating dirty and clean laundry, as well as folding and organizing clean laundry.
    • 29. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained to allow for the safe and sanitary provision of personal services (Non-Critical)?
      • The lighting in the bathroom was not sufficient due to burned out and/or missing bulbs.REQUIREMENET: Obtain and install new lightbulbs for the bathroom.
