      • Operator was using dish soap for hand washing. Operator instructed to get hand soap for hand washing. Operator agreed.
    • 18. Is reusable equipment cleaned properly (Non-Critical)?
      • Operator using 1 TBS Barbicide to 1 L water, not 1/4 cup Barbicide as per MIFU. Operator instructed to bring a measuring cup to measure tghe amount of Barbicide dispensed. Operator agreed.
    • 27. Is the facility maintained in a visibly clean state and are environmental surfaces cleaned and disinfected properly?
      • Operator using paper towel and ABHR to clean the counters. A RTU surface disinfectant wipe (Allora +) was available, but no expiry date was found on the product.Operator instructed to obtain and use a RTU surface disinfectant wipe with a DIN and a short CT. Operator agreed.
