- 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
- Operations team noted that 1 of 4 screws and hardware was missing on the suction outlets in the whirlpool. It appears that the screw/bolt was sheared off in the anchor to the basin. The T hardware is also missing that slides between each I beam to secure the suction outlet to the basin.Refer to installation manual for correct hardware to secure the main drain to frame. Determine is anchor can be reused and drain secured to basin. Contact the manufacture if additional confirmation is necessary. Once work is completed provide photos and confirmation suction outlets have been secured to the basin as required by the manufacture.
